 I was finishing the adjustments agreed with marcjansen. Tomorrow afternoon
 I thought to publish it. The 100 lines of CSS is to use all the icons
 img/panel_icons.gif

 Has left me puzzled, what I do with what I have written?

 I can publish the two versions? (The example illustrates well the change
 and in various example deletes code, eg: wfs-protocol-transactions + wfs-
 snap-split = 50 +50 lines less)
 And what do I do with EditingToolBar?
