 Right, but they provide styling for controls we don't have panels for in
 the lib (e.g. !SelectFeature). I think that our style.css file should
 include the minimum necessary

 Here are my recommendations:

  * only add the zoombox icons to the sprite image
  * in style.css only change the !EditingToolbar and !NavToolbar styles to
 accommodate the new sprint image
  * create a separate, examples-only patch for the rest

 I hope it makes sense to Marc and you.
