 Using mobile devices (small screens) is very useful to zoomOut after
 drawing.

 When you zoomOut a blue point appears in the upper left corner (using
 Handler.Path and Handler.Polygon)


 Tested iPad using http://openlayers.org/dev/examples/mobile-drawing.html
