 I've updated the patch to account for changes required to the new Script
 protocol.  The changes there are minor - using the QueryStringFilter
 instead of the simpleFilterSerializer method.  In addition, I've added
 documentation for the srsInBBOX property on the Script protocol.  Our
 tests already required that this parameter be used, but it was not
 documented previously.
