 This ticket suggests refactoring the touch-specific code of the drawing
 handlers a bit. More specifically:

  * move the doubletap handling code from the point handler to the path
 handler, doubletap indeed doesn't pertain to point drawing
  * remove the isDblclick flag, which is no longer needed with #3202 now
 closed.
