 Hi,
 I created a new patch.
 Some comments:
 - A new example using openrouteservice has been added.
 - Because of wrong implementation, i add the line
 OpenLayers.Format.XLS.v1_1 = OpenLayers.Format.XLS.v1_1_0; in
 lib/OpenLayers/Format/XLS/v1_1_0.js
 - Otherwise, Bart's original code has not been modified.
 It has been tested on IE8 and IE9, FF4.0, Chrome and Safari
