 = Functionalities - what all will it do? =
 Current state: If you zoom in, all current tiles seem to be deleted and
 blank areas are displayed. The blank areas exist were the new tiles are
 loaded.
 Wished behaviour: Until new tiles are completely loaded and display,
 OpenLayers should display the old tiles. OpenLayers does resize them
 appropriately today. This function is very nice and works. But at some
 point, the old tiles are deleted and in the time span till the new tile is
 loaded, a blank area is displayed.

 = Changes to API? =
 The API needn't to be changed, imho.
