#3284: The vector layer shown out of place using Android
----------------------+-----------------------------------------------------
 Reporter: jorix | Owner:
     Type: bug | Status: new
Priority: critical | Milestone: 2.11 Release
Component: general | Version: SVN
 Keywords: | State:
----------------------+-----------------------------------------------------
The problem can be reproduced using the example
 http://openlayers.org/dev/examples/mobile-jq.html in Android.

  * Move the map to Europe to see some "Sprinters"
  * Zooming, or pan with inertia to a position without any "Sprinters"
  * Oops! The points are still showing and misplaced.
  * Move or make more zoom (a part of the map without "Sprinters") Oops!
points still appear on the same screen position.
  * Move or Zoom to any position with any "Sprinters", layer works
 correctly again.

Reproduced in a HTC Magic with Android 2.2.1, in a VirtualBox with Android
 X86 2.2[[BR]]
and probably [*] in Motorola ATRIX with Android 2.2.1
