Comment:

 [attachment:3224.0.2.patch] fixes the regression by calling redraw also
 when feature style.display is "none" or when the feature geometry is
 outside the renderer extent. With that change, the features are properly
 cleared from the canvas element.
 This patch also fix the tests accordingly.

 Tests pass in FF4, chrome 11: please review.
