 Please find a patchset attached for the InlineXhtml addin that has the
 following minor non-functional changes;

 1. Add DOCTYPE and fix validation so examples now work in IE9[[BR]]
 2. Change WMS layers in examples to use osgeo.org instead of
 metacarta.com[[BR]]
 3. Change copyright notice in API's to reference OpenLayers instead of
 Metacarta[[BR]]


 Happy to do this myself but I don't have commit access in
 addins/InlineXhtml and I also seem to have lost commit access in my
 sandbox (hhudson) - presumably since the move to osgeo.org
