 @vishcious: Try the above patch and set
 {{{OpenLayers.Events.prototype.includeXY = true}}} at the top of your
 script. Then you'll get an xy object in the 1st listener argument. If you
 like it, it would be appreciated if you finish the patch (i.e. add apidoc
 comments and unit tests).
