 In Chrome 13.0.782.220 with SVG2 renderer enabled, the controls
 ModifyFeature and SelectFeature don't work. I use them for custom editing
 controls in a map with a lot of layers (WMS, vector, ecc.).
 The same controls with SVG renderer works well in Chrome.
 The same controls with SVG or SVG2 renderer works on Firefox 6.0.2
