 The <Size> element in a PointSymbolizer Graphic is not able use a feature
 attribute for its value:

   <sld:Size>${size_attribute}</sld:Size>

 A demonstration of this issue (including the SLD and data to replicate)
 can be found at the following address:

 http://81.29.75.200/openlayers/sld.html

 The issue is seen (at minimum) in FF 6.0 and IE8.
