 Good job.  Works great in both FF 6.0 and IE 8.  Called up the test page
 (tests/Format/SLD/v1_0_0.html) and no errors reported by firebug (wasn't
 sure what to expect).

 Exercised both formats - "${...}" and "<ogc:Size>...</ogc:Size>" - and
 both work great.
