 The bug is explained here:

 This behavior does not occur using the PanZoomBar for panning.
 It is only reproducable if you move the map via drag'n drop.

 Ok. Using the Navigation-Control instead of MouseDefaults solves the
 problem. But I'm sure there are some more people who are still using
 MouseDefaults.
