 Go to the modify-feature.html example and draw a polygon. Then modify the
 polygon, but dragging one the vertices. The featuremodified event should
 only fire once, but it fires many times (with the actual sketch geometries
 in its feature). With OL 2.11 there is no issue, so this must have been
 introduced very recently.
