 When adding a vector feature from a a calculated lat and lon, the new
 version of google chrome does not place these features accurately in our
 application which is built on v 2.11. It is shifted to the right. We have
 a simple function, shown below which places a circle based upon the lat
 and lon of a marker on a map. Attached are two screen shots, one odf how
 it behaves it Chrome 16 (properly) and one of how it behaves in Chrome 18
 (incorrectly). It behaves correctly in all other browsers tested (IE8+,
 Firefox[current] and Opera[current]).
