Comment:

 Since using chrome version 18.0.1025.33 the labels on features don't move
 as before.

 before when the vector feature was moved on the map, the label followed
 it.
 now the label stays where it was when it was first created and doesn't
 move any more.

 also when the map is moved the label is stuck to its location on the map
 as expected.
 but when the you call .redraw() on the layer the label moves back to its
 original position on the screen not the map
