 It appears that you can't create a MultiPolygon with a hole (enclave) in
 it.
 When I try, I just get another polygon on top of the other, not a hole.

 It does not matter if the hole perimeter points are clockwise or anti-
 clockwise.

 This appears to be a bug in OpenLayers. MultiPolygons have this
 property/ability in other systems.
