 merge pull request #135] {{{library.cfg}}} creates a code that fails to
 load. More arguments for removing {{{library.cfg}}}.
  (eg: file {{{OpenLayers/Format/CSWGetRecords.js}}} is not excluded but
 {{{OpenLayers/Format.js}}} is exuded so fails to load, and more ...)
