Comment:

 I think I was wrong not to faithfully mirror the XML tree in the resulting
 object.

 For instance,
 gmd:identificationInfo/gmd:MD_DataIdentification/gmd:resourceConstraints
 can have gmd:MD_LegalConstraints and gmd:MD_Constraints children.
 Currently, both are appended to
 identificationInfo[0].resourceConstraints[] after going through the
 parser, and we have no way to distinguish between them.

 Needs more work.
