 I have a map with some WMS layers, and found some bugs:

 1 - If you use ArgParser the map request to WMS server the default layers,
 and after this the layer referenced on the URL. So the client is making
 double requests.

 I understand that behaviors are attached after map creation, but this
 feature should be moved in the creation map phase and not as a map
 behavior to bypass this bug.


 2 - I tried disabling argparser and doing parsing on server side, but it
 seems that Permalink is doing argument parsing even with ArgParser
 disabled.
