 On my page I wanted to use both:
 - OpenLayers.Control.Click
 - OpenLayers.Control.TransformFeature

 Problem is that in IE. I testen in IE9. When I am doing resizing of
 feature at the end of the resize operation when I do "mouseup" (release
 mouse) the click controls is called, but is should not. I can see that
 especially when I am doing a resize on edges, and not on the corners of
 feature.
 I noticed that in FireFox when I am doing "resizing on edges" I can see
 the "hand" cursor, and in IE I can see "move" cursor.
 I added some screens and a video.
