[OpenLayers-Users] ANN: Tim Schaub added to Project Steering Committee

The OpenLayers development team would like to welcom Tim Schaub to the
OpenLayers Project Steering Committee. This means that Tim will be an
additional voice in various processes in the OpenLayers project. His
roles as a member of the PSC are described on the SteeringCommittee[1]
page on the OpenLayers wiki. 

Tim has been one of largest committers, and we welcome his contributions
and insights into the OpenLayers development process.
