[OpenLayers-Users] Regarding setup of wfs layers in opelayers.

Hi,
i setup proxy.
Now code looks like this : http://rafb.net/p/cQzOkS72.html
Also i have putted proxy.cgi in /usr/lib/cgi-bin/ . and it looks like
http://rafb.net/p/gjdjeh98.html
But while accessing demo it is giving me javascript alert error "unhandled
request return bad gateway".
Can anybody help to resolve this problem ?
