[OpenLayers-Users] visibility of marker layer after certain zoom level

Hi all,
i want to display marker layer after certain zoom level.link of my demo is
http://pcmcgisda.org.in/~pcmc/OL/pcmc/mahamap.php
marker layer is getting displayed by default. but if i use 'maxresolution',
it is not getting displayed. if i give there small value in maxresolution,
then it is displaying directly. what value should i give there ? or is there
any other method ?
I want to show this layer after certain zoom level.
