[OpenLayers-Users] Vector layer polygon point limits

Is there an explicit limit on the number of points that can be used to draw
a temporary polygon with the vectorLayer class.

If there is, what happens when you try to draw a polygon that blows the
limit?

If there is, how would I go about extending this for very big polygons?
