In examples/popups.html there are examples of;
	OpenLayers.Popup
	OpenLayers.Popup.Anchored
and I have used;
	OpenLayers.Popup.AnchoredBubble
(an example can be seen at http://wardrobe.dhs.org/pop_example.png )
