[OpenLayers-Users] OpenLayers and Google Maps/VirtualEarth/Yahoo License

I thought this might be a FAQ but didn't find this in the website or in 
the list archives.

Are there restrictions on the use of Google Maps, Virtual Earth or Yahoo 
maps in an OpenLayers application? For commercial use, non commercial 
use, etc? I know I could and should go and read and try to interpret the 
licenses from each provider, but I was hoping that others would have had 
to answer the same questions already and this would be a OpenLayers FAQ 
by now.
