[OpenLayers-Users] 2.3RC2 problem?

Hi list,

when using the PanZoomBar, MouseDefaults and MouseToolbar controls, I get
unexpected behaviour.

When I select the zoom tool on the mousetoolbar, and I try to draw a box on
the map, the map also pans. I've had this problem before though, so it might
not be 2.3RC2 specific. Using shift the draw the box all is fine.
