[OpenLayers-Users] mouseover over-icon control

Yes. Register the mouseover event with your new control, and trigger a 
function when this happens. In your function, you want to change the src 
of the div's image. You'll also want to trigger a mouseout event to 
change the image src back when your mouse leaves the control.
