[OpenLayers-Users] VML.js issue with document.namespaces call

MetaCarta, thank you for sharing the beta version of
drawing tools.  

When the map is loading in IE (this happens not in
Firefox), Microsoft Script Debugger stops in VML.js at
the first line of the function supported().

supported: function() {
  var supported = document.namespaces;
  return supported;
},

Might this be a timing issue?  When I run the sandbox
sample in IE, this error appears not.
