[OpenLayers-Users] Error Reporting

Hi there,

Apologies in advance as this is a bit of a noob question...

How can I get OpenLayers to report errors?  The only thing I have managed to
find so far is:  OpenLayers.Util.extend(options, {'reportError': true});
which doesn't seem to be making any difference.  i.e. it still fails
silently.

Ideally I'd like to get it reporting to Firebug (console.log) but anywhere
will do!
