[OpenLayers-Users] Displaying a latitude & longitude grid

Hi,

@Tim, this is very similar to what i want, the only addition i would hope
for would be the inclusion of some label(s) at the edges to indicate the
lat/long values.

@Linda, this is the only way i have figured out, and performs "OK" when
keeping the number of lines small (i.e. to a 10 by 10 grid).
