[OpenLayers-Users] Choropleth / Proportional Symbols

well as i saw the demo with the choropleth i was wondering if i could use
this funktionallity in my OL application without doin something big with
java or so...

but if i have time somehow maybe i´ll try (or maybe someone has already?)
