[OpenLayers-Users] Why aren't my controls showing up?

Hi, all.

Question: Why are my ZoomBox and ZoomToMaxExtent controls not showing up?

The controls are in the list, and the rest of the controls are working. 
I'm sure it's something simple which I can't find in the docs, like a 
show() method on the control...
