Just to add another opinion :-)
Weeks ago I started an ArcGIS Server web mapping application and also
was needing some JavaScript to layout my map page.
I downloaded dojo but found it much more that I wanted. I was looking
for something simplier.
Then, I downloaded Fusion and in a few minutes exploring fusion sample
interface, I put
my layout working with map area, a toolbar with buttons and also
Jx.dialogs ( for Legend controler, Scalebar and ref Map ).
JX is very simple to work with.
Congratulations again for DM folks.
