[OpenLayers-Users] GUI frameworks

At the time looked at the frameworks, dojo was doing better on the template
part. This seems to be a little bi different now.
Another issue is the licence. Ext has three kind of license (Commercial,
OpenSource LGPL 3.0 and OEM) (see http://extjs.com/license ).
Having the Open source licence in LGPL 3.0 add a little bit of constraints,
considering we are building a framework.
As it would not be a too big deal to use Extjs in CW4 at that point, we are
taking a little to review the last version of Ext, both on technical and
licencing aspects.
As this project aims to be community driven, all comments and suggestions on
those points would be appreciated.
