[OpenLayers-Users] Overviewmap at smaller resolutions

I go down to the lowest resolutions.

0.000171661376953125,
0.0000858306884765625,
0.00004291534423828125,
0.000021457672119140625,
0.0000107288360595703125

I would like the overview map to almost show the big picture with a "dot" in
the middle to indicate where the user is at but the overview map keeps
zooming in.  I looked a the documentation and I could not quite get how the
ratio's worked.  Can someone help me out here?
