 So Arrghhh I need to update the Nebraska TNTmap
well updating the code base can sometimes do that.
and I can't fix it easily this weekend.

TNTmap is is sporting a new measurement tool based
on shiny new openlayers capability

At the moment to check it out properly you will need to go to
http://www.microimages.com/ogc/

and Open the builder  to launch an Open Layers
view.. I really need to put up more Open Layes examples.
