[OpenLayers-Users] (Openlayers + Mapserver) not able to dispaly Raster image.

Here is the regular raster image in browser without using openlayers.

The URL is like this :
http://localhost/tmp/48051072_121c_0.png

If I use openlayers to load it. It shows a blank page and the URL is like

http://localhost/cgi-bin/mapserv.exe?map=C%3A%2FProgram%20Files%2Fms4w%2FApache%2Fhtdocs%2FMSrecipes%2Fusa3.map&mode=map&map_imagetype=png&mapext=-180+-90+180+270&imgext=-180+-90+180+270&map_size=256+256&imgx=128&imgy=128&imgxy=256+256
