[OpenLayers-Users] New Lesson on building an OpenLayers client

As part of my Open Web Mapping course
(https://www.e-education.psu.edu/geog585/home.html) at Penn State I
have a lesson on building a thin web client. This year I've rewritten
it from using MapBuilder to use OpenLayers. I'd be grateful if anyone
who has a moment to spare could review it for me and spot if I've made
any glaring errors or missed any common shortcuts that my students
should be aware of when building with OpenLayers.
