[OpenLayers-Users] Sort of Feature switcher

Arnd (or whoever willing to help), I have a new one,

When the mouse is over a feature, if I click,, it select it, perfect.
But if I click and try to move the map nothing happen. I have some area
where I have so much feature or so big that the user can simply not move the
map.

Is there a way to allow the map moving on top of feature selection?
