Brad,

This is very nice. There is a minor stylistic thing that I'll comment
on, simply because other people have commented on them with my case
studies: Towards the end, there are a couple of first person plurals
('we'), whereas case studies should try to stay third person, generally
speaking.
 
Other than that, and a few typos, it looks pretty good.

Now, speaking as an OL dev, I'd obviously like to move this into our
case studies page. :)  However, I assume you'd like to maintain it
seperately. (If you don't mind, I'd love to just put it at
/casestudies/numaps.)

Anyway, if you're wanting to keep it seperate, I'm assuming there is no
problem adding it to our featured case studies on the case studies page?
