The OpenLayers server is undergoing some maintenance later tonight:
current, www.openlayers.org is pointing to a backup server (so that DNS
has time to propogate). Later tonight, SVN and Trac will likely be down
for a couple hours while the main server is offline.

A couple of things on the backup server aren't set up perfectly: the URL
you pointed to is one example. THe examples are still available,
however:

http://openlayers.org/dev/examples/

The main server should be back up and running by tomorrow morning.
