[OpenLayers-Users] zoomToScale(); free extent

Hi,

you can find a pach at http://trac.openlayers.org/ticket/1243 that
enables you to do this. Note that there is still ongoing discussion
about this patch, so if it works for you that is ok, but be prepared
that this is subject to change.
