I know that. But do you expect that i code it for you?  I don't really 
know answer to what ... anyway ...

For doing something like that, i suggest to you to set a simple timeout 
to your page, that will refresh the page with the zoom,position, active 
layers passed in parameter (www.mypage.com/myOL.html?zoomLevel=...). 
It's a simple solution. A better solution could be to simply set a 
timeout that reload the specified layer keeping the map properties and 
reapply them after the layer is loaded.
