[OpenLayers-Users] Externally toggle a marker's popup

Hello all,

I am trying to figure out how to toggle a marker's popup externally by
clicking a link.

I'm hoping to use  javascript:   notation to accomplish this, either by
using entirely inline javascript or by calling some other function (that I'm
not sure how to write.)
