[OpenLayers-Users] Using OpenLayers in secure environment (DoD, DHS, CIA, etc.)

Are there any deployed instances of OpenLayers in a high-security
environment?

 

The military in particular is leery of open source because they think it's
easier for a code contributor to put an exploit into the code.

 

Has anyone had to deal with this issue?
