Hello,

It's more a JavaScript question than an OpenLayers one, but maybe some
of you found a solution.

Is it possible to display a tooltip when the mouse stops moving over the map?

The question, is it possible to detect when the mouse stops moving to
trigger an Ajax request et display a popup if there is something under
mouse position?
